Bruschetta with Avocado and Basil

1 avocado, seeded, peeled, and diced (small cubes)
1/2 lb Roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 DLM French Baguette, diagonally sliced and lightly toasted

Lightly combine avocado, tomatoes, onion, olive oil, parsley, basil, garlic, pepper, and salt. Top each slice of bread with about 1 Tbsp of avocado-tomato mixture. To prepare ahead of time, combine all ingredients except avocado. Refrigerate and add avocado when ready to use.
