Chopped Kale Salad with Almonds and Roasted Peppers
|2 Tbsp Garlic Expressions Salad Dressing|
|1/2 cup Sunkist Italian Parmesan Almond Accents|
|1/2 cup black olives, pitted|
|1/2 cup red bell pepper, cut into thin strips|
|1 bunch organic kale, chopped|
|1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese|
Place Garlic Expressions, almonds, olives, and bell pepper in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Place kale in a salad bowl; add cooled ingredients and cheese. Toss and serve.
