Zesty Hamburgers

1 lb DLM Natural Beef Ground Chuck
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

In a medium-size bowl, gently combine all the above ingredients. Divide the meat into 4 portions, and gently press into patties. Grill until the internal temperature is between 160°F and 165°F. Serve on a toasted bun with your favorite condiments.
