|4 oz unsalted butter|
|3/4 cup finely chopped onion|
|3/4 cup finely chopped celery|
|1/2 tsp salt|
|1/2 tsp pepper|
|1 1/2 tsp dried sage|
|1 Tbsp dried parsley|
|1 tsp dried thyme|
|12 cups Dlm Unseasoned Stuffing Mix|
|3 1/2 cups Bowman and Landes Turkey Broth, warmed|
Preheat oven to 375°F. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onion and celery, and cook over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, sage, parsley, and thyme. Mix thoroughly. Remove saucepan from heat. Add stuffing mix and toss to combine with vegetable mixture. Slowly pour warm broth over stuffing, stirring to moisten stuffing evenly.
Place stuffing in a greased 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Bake 30 minutes until lightly browned.
