Grilled DLM Pound Cake with Blackberries and Caramel
|1 loaf DLM Butter Pound Cake, sliced|
|1 jar of your favorite Dulce de Leche Caramel Sauce|
|Butter for grilling or toasting|
|1 pint blackberries, washed|
Slice the loaf cake into 1-inch thick slices. In a small saucepan, heat the dulce de leche until warm.
Heat a grill or a griddle over medium heat. Butter both sides of the sliced cake and grill or toast until golden brown on both sides. Top with blackberries and fresh mint if desired. Drizzle with dulce de leche and serve.
