Irish Stout Shake
|3 Tbsp Guinness Stout|
|1/4 cup good quality chocolate syrup or hot fudge|
|1 pint DLM Madagascar Vanilla Gelato|
|1/3 cup milk|
|3 or 4 chocolate-covered pretzel sticks|
In a small saucepan, heat the stout and chocolate syrup together over low heat until well combined. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a blender, blend the ice cream, milk, and chocolate sauce until just blended. If desired, add a little chopped chocolate-covered pretzels and blend briefly again.
Pour in a glass and serve garnished with chopped chocolate-covered pretzels or a whole pretzel stick.
