|(6) 7-inch flour tortillas|
|(1) 8-oz can pizza sauce|
|(1) 8-oz pkg shredded four-cheese pizza cheese|
|Small package sliced pepperoni (optional)|
|2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese|
Spread each tortilla with 1 Tbsp of pizza sauce to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Top with shredded cheese and add pepperoni, if desired. Roll up Tortillas from one side and place on a foil-lined baking sheet, seam side down.* Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes. Heat remaining pizza sauce for dipping.
*Chill wrap-ups for 1 hour, then diagonally cut each wrap-up into 4 pieces.
