Beer and Wine Pairing Guide
When selecting a wine for your Thanksgiving turkey, there are a few things to keep in mind.
Consider the Flavor!
For a standard roasted turkey:Sauvignon Blanc, dry Gewürztraminer, or a light red like Beaujolais.
For a spicier bird, step up the flavor of the wine to match:Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Barbera are nice bets.
Multiple Courses = Multiple Options
When Serving Appetizers, such as a well-made charcuterie board, choose something light and fizzy: Rosé, Prosecco, or Alberiño are always nice options.
Get Playful with Dessert:Champagne is a more conventional festive drink, but also put out some different ales and lagers like Esther’s Little Secret or Great Lakes Christmas Ale.
