Tuna Pappardelle

1 (12 oz) package La Romagna Pappardelle pasta
1 (7.5 oz) can DLM Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil
1 Tbsp capers
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
Zest and Juice of one Lemon
Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese

Cook the pasta according to the package. Once the pasta is cooked and drained, toss in the can of tuna (with olive oil), capers, chopped parsley, and zest and juice of lemon. Serve immediately with slices of lemon and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese.
