Delectable Brownie with Salted Caramel Topping- Gluten Free
|8 oz butter, melted|
|2 tsp Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract|
|1 bag Ella Bella Delectable Brownie Mix (includes 1 bag each of Flour Blend, Sugar Blend, and Chocolate Chips)|
|4 large eggs|
|1 bag The Snack Factory Salted Caramel Mini Pretzels, lightly crushed|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in medium-sized mixing bowl. Add vanilla and Sugar Blend to butter, and cream at medium speed. Add Flour Blend and beat at medium speed until incorporated.
Break eggs individually in a separate bowl. This makes broken shell fragments easier to remove. Add eggs slowly to mixture; blend at medium speed until all is incorporated.
Stir chocolate chips in by hand with a big mixing spoon.
Pour into greased 8x8-inch pan. Place pretzels in a storage bag, press out air, and close tightly. Crush to desired topping size. Sprinkle on brownies about halfway through bake time and press into brownie top. Bake for 50 minutes (extra fudgy texture) to 60 minutes (cake-like texture). Allow to cool in pan at least 15 minutes before cutting.
