Amy's Avocado Dip–Gluten Free

2 avocados, chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 4-oz container crumbled feta
1 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Aunt Vera's Italian Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Mix all the chopped ingredients together, along with the feta crumbles. In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano; then add to chopped ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.



This dip is eaten so quickly that you might want to double the recipe for parties. Yields 4 cups
