Mary’s Italian Pasta Salad - Gluten Free

1 lb Schär Gluten-Free Pasta (your choice)
1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into small florets
1 lb carrots, julienned
1 red bell pepper, diced
8 oz yellow or orange grape tomatoes
8 oz red grape tomatoes
12 oz DLM Homemade Mozzarella, diced
2 bunches green onions, thinly sliced at an angle, using all green stems
1 pkg fresh basil, chiffonade
(1) 16-oz jar DLM Original House Dressing

Cook pasta al dente according to package directions and cool down with cold water. Place in a large bowl and mix all of the other ingredients together. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and pasta; mix thoroughly. Refrigerate and serve cold.
