Fruit Smoothie Cubes
|3 ripe bananas|
|(1) 8-oz can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, undrained|
|(1) 10-oz pkg frozen sweetened sliced strawberries in syrup, slightly thawed, broken up|
Use 2 ice cube trays. In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth, stopping blender and scraping down sides 2 or 3 times. Divide mixture evenly into ice cube trays. Freeze 3 hours or until solid. Let fruit cubes stand at room temperature for 1 minute. Remove from ice cube trays. Place cubes in resealable plastic freezer bags. Store in freezer until ready to use.
