Apple Cider Cheese Fondue - Gluten Free
|2 cups DLM 100% Apple Cider|
|2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded*|
|1 1/2 cups Provolone cheese, shredded*|
|1/4 cup Namaste Perfect Flour Blend|
|1/2 tsp garlic powder|
|1/4 tsp onion powder|
Bring apple cider to a boil until reduced by half. Add remaining ingredients to boiling cider, and mix well. Continue to heat until mixture is smooth and bubbling hot. Briskly whisk the fondue to be sure it's smooth and pour into a prewarmed serving dish or fondue pot. Serve immediately with apple or pear wedges or cubed Against the Grain Baguette.
*For a smoky flavor use smoked mozzarella and smoked Provolone.
