Peach Coconut Bliss in the Raw - Gluten Free

1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
1/2 cup Let's Do Organics Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
8 oz Harmless Harvest 100% Raw Coconut Water

Freeze coconut water in an ice cube tray for an extra creamy texture. Layer peaches and coconut in the blender; add the coconut water ice cubes on top. Cover tightly. Pulse until desired consistency is reached.



If you love peaches but not coconut, double the peaches to replace the coconut. Use peach nectar frozen in an ice cube tray in lieu of traditional ice cubes for a smoothie texture.
