Tavern Wing Sauce
|8 Tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce|
|8 Tbsp unsalted butter|
|1 1/2 Tbsp Tavern Vinegar Co. Single Origin Doppel Bock Vinegar|
|1/4 tsp DLM Ground Cayenne Pepper|
|1/8 tsp DLM Garlic Powder|
|1/2 tsp DLM Worcestershire Sauce|
|Salt to taste|
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Over low heat bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and then turn off.
Pour the sauce over any cooked meat and toss with a spoon or spatula to completely coat.
