Melon - Mint Sangria Gluten Free

1/2 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lb seedless watermelon, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lb cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 bottle dry white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc
1 liter ginger ale
Ice

Place the honeydew, watermelon, cantaloupe, mint leaves, and white wine in a pitcher; stir to combine and refrigerate 1 hour (or up to overnight). To serve, add ginger ale and ice.
