No Bake, No Guilt Energy Squares - Gluten Free
|1 cup Bob's Red Mill Quick Cooking Gluten-Free Oats|
|1/2 cup dried tart cherries|
|1/2 cup dark chocolate chips|
|1/2 cup walnuts, chopped|
|1/2 cup DLM Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter|
|3 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Honey|
|2 tsp Nielsen Massey Vanilla|
Lightly butter a large mixing bowl. Mix in dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients. Combine the two mixtures.
Spread the mixture in a pan and refrigerate for 2 hours before eating.
Slice into 24 small squares and enjoy! Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
