Love Local! Bistro Salad - Gluten Free

6 cups torn Boston lettuce
6 slices DLM Uncured Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
4 Morning Sun Farm Organic Eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1/2 lb Harvey Eicher and Son green beans, trimmed and blanched
1/3 cup Vino de Milo Balsamic & Olive Oil Dressing

Cover large platter with lettuce. Arrange bacon, onion, eggs, and beans in rows over lettuce. Drizzle with dressing.
