Love Local! Bistro Salad

6 cups torn Boston lettuce
6 slices DLM Uncured Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
4 Morning Sun Farm Organic Eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1/2 lb Harvey Eicher & Son green beans, trimmed and blanched
1 cup DLM Croutons
1/3 cup Vino de Milo Balsamic & Olive Oil Dressing

Cover large platter with lettuce. Arrange bacon, onion, eggs, beans, and croutons in rows over lettuce. Drizzle with dressing.
