BBQ Chicken Melt - Gluten Free

1 Schär Baguette
4 cups DLM Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
1/4 cup DLM Original BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
4 pieces Hatch Pepper Cheddar, thinly sliced

Cut baguette lengthwise in half and then crosswise into quarters. Place baguette, cut side up, in a single layer on baking sheet. Combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce. Divide the chicken mixture equally on the baguette quarters and top with remaining ingredients. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut each baguette quarter in half to serve.
