Grilled Soft-Shell Crabs

8 soft-shell crabs
6 Tbsp butter, melted
3 Tbsp garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix together butter and chopped garlic. Season cleaned crabs with salt and pepper, brush with garlic butter, and grill to brown on both sides, about 5–8 minutes total. Brush again with garlic butter before serving.
