Fresh Berry with Brick Cheese Salad – Gluten Free

1/3 cup Aunt Angie's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
3 Tbsp pomegranate juice
2 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
4 cups mixed baby or chopped greens
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
14.4-oz container fresh blueberries
1/2 cup Widmer's 4-Year-Aged Cheddar, cut into small cubes (about 1/2 inch)
1/3 cup walnut pieces (optional)

Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Slowly add oil, whisking to combine; set aside.



In large bowl, combine mixed greens and remaining ingredients. Add dressing to the bowl and toss well to coat.
