Tomato Salad with DLM's Special Vinaigrette—Gluten Free

4 tomatoes, cored and roughly chopped
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
3 oz Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled
Mixed greens, torn into bite-sized pieces
3/4 cup Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz Aunt Vera's Italian Red Wine Vinegar
1.5 oz Aunt Angie's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1 Tbsp DLM Classic Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp DLM Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp sea salt
2 1/2 Tbsp cracked black pepper
alfalfa sprouts

Mix tomatoes, onion, and blue cheese; set aside. Place greens on salad plates. Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, brown sugar, sea salt, and cracked black pepper for the dressing. Toss tomato mixture with desired amount of dressing. Serve tomato mixture on greens and top with alfalfa sprouts.
