Hernán Mole Poblano with Chicken
|(1) 7.2-oz jar Hernán Mole Poblano|
|1 cup chicken broth|
|4 cups DLM Rotisserie Chicken, shredded|
|1/2 cup cilantro, chopped|
In a medium saucepan, combine jar of mole paste with chicken broth. Stir and simmer over low-medium heat until fully blended, 2 to 4 minutes.
Add up to 1/2 cup more broth for desired consistency.
Add shredded chicken and cover completely with sauce. Simmer an additional 2 to 4 minutes. Serve over white rice and garnish with chopped cilantro.
