|4 beefsteak tomato slices|
|4 slices DLM Unbleached White or Classic 10-Grain Sandwich Bread|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
|10-12 slices DLM Hickory Smoked Thick-Slice Bacon|
Cut bacon slices in half and fry over medium-low heat, making sure not to overcook. Once they are finished, drain them on paper towels or a plain brown paper bag. In the meantime, core and slice the tomatoes into medium slices and toast the bread until it's slightly golden.
Spread mayonnaise on all four pieces of toast. Put tomatoes on one side of the bread; sprinkle lightly with salt. Next, add the bacon, as much as your sandwich can hold, and lettuce. Place remaining slices of bread on top. Enjoy!
