Deviled Halibut Steak
Also excellent with shark or swordfish!
|1 Tbsp DLM Classic Dijon Mustard|
|1 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil|
|1 Tbsp chili sauce|
|1 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Horseradish|
|1/2 tsp salt|
|1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed|
|2 Halibut steaks (about 1 lb)|
|Parsley to garnish|
|1 lemon, quartered|
Preheat broiler or grill. Mix Dijon mustard, olive oil, chili sauce, horseradish, salt, and garlic in a small bowl. Place Halibut steaks in one layer in a greased baking pan. Evenly spread half of mustard mixture over steaks. Broil or grill 5 minutes.
Turn steaks. Evenly spread remaining mustard mixture over steaks. Broil or grill another 5 minutes (about 10 minutes an inch). Remove to serving platter. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
