Sautéed Beef Strips in Curry Sauce
|1 lb DLM Natural Beef Fillet|
|1 Tbsp Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil|
|8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced|
|3/4 cup red wine|
|1¾ cup Hela Curry Sauce|
Cut the meat into strips and add to heated oil in portions, for 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Take out of pan and set aside. Add mushrooms to pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
Mix red wine and curry sauce together. Add browned meat, mushrooms, and curry mixture back to pan to warm. Serve over rice.
