Cherry, Broccoli, and Cashew Salad
|1 cup mayonnaise|
|1/2 cup sugar|
|1 Tbsp Aunt Vera's Italian Red Wine Vinegar|
|1 Tbsp white vinegar|
|1 cup DLM Fancy Whole Cashews|
|8 oz dried cherries or cranberries|
|1 head broccoli, cut into bites|
To prepare dressing, begin by mixing the mayonnaise and sugar. Stir in the red and white vinegar, and refrigerate a few hours before serving.
When you are ready to serve, combine the broccoli, cashews, and cherries in a bowl. Pour the dressing into the bowl and mix until the ingredients are coated.
