Nectarine, Tomato, and Mozzarella Crostini

DLM Artisan Baguette, sliced & toasted with Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
3 to 4 fresh ripe nectarines, sliced thin
3 to 4 fresh ripe tomatoes, sliced thin
DLM Fresh Handmade Mozzarella
Coarse sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
Fresh basil, sliced into thin ribbons
DLM Aunt Angie’s Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Place toasted baguette slices on a serving tray. Top with a slice of nectarine, a slice of tomato, a slice of mozzarella, and a second slice of nectarine. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Top with basil ribbons and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
