Peach, Brie, and Dark Chocolate S'mores
|4 Graham crackers, halved|
|2 oz 70% dark chocolate bar, divided into 4 pieces|
|4 oz Brie, sliced|
|1 ripe peach, sliced|
Preheat oven broiler setting on low. Arrange half the graham crackers on baking sheet and top them with 1 piece dark chocolate each. Top each piece of dark chocolate with one to two Brie slices.
On separate plate, place two peach slices on remaining graham crackers. Set aside.
Place chocolate and cheese-topped graham crackers under broiler for no more than 30 seconds to melt chocolate and soften cheese, watching constantly. Remove from oven. Top each chocolate and cheese graham cracker with peach graham cracker; serve immediately.
