Halloumi with Grilled Peaches Gluten Free

1 peach, sliced into wedges
2 Tbsp Brandy
1 dash vanilla
2 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Honey
4 oz halloumi, sliced for grilling
3 drops water
Raspberries or raspberry jam for garnish (optional)

Place the peach wedges in a sealed bag with the Brandy; toss to coat. Mix a dash of vanilla into the honey and add just enough water to thin it slightly. Brush the honey mixture on the halloumi slices. Grill peach and halloumi slices just long enough to soften and the honey glaze to caramelize. Pile the grilled peach slices over two slices of grilled halloumi, and garnish with a few fresh raspberries or lightly drizzle with melted sieved raspberry jam.
