Berry Salad with Goat Cheese Dressing—Gluten Free

2 Tbsp Champagne vinegar
2 Tbsp fat-free buttermilk
2 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Honey
2 tsp DLM Classic Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
(1) 3-oz pkg goat cheese, softened
6 cups romaine lettuce, torn
2 cups arugula, trimmed
3/4 cp fresh blueberries
3/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Combine romaine and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle goat cheese mixture over lettuce mixture; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
