DLM Smoked Turkey, Avocado, and Strawberry Sandwiches Gluten Free

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
8 slices Sinfully Gluten-Free White Bread
1½ cups strawberries, thinly sliced
1 lb DLM Smoked Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
1 pint alfalfa sprouts

Combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread each slice of bread with 1 Tbsp lemon mayonnaise. Top half the slices of bread with strawberries, turkey, avocado, and sprouts. Place the remaining bread slices on top, mayo side down. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
