Tzatziki Chicken Salad

2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
3/8 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cucumber, seeded and shredded
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cups DLM Rotisserie Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless, and shredded
Pita chips

Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add chicken and toss to coat. Serve with pita chips.
