Fresh Apple Salsa

2 cups Honeycrisp Apples, peeled and diced (about 3/4 pound)
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Local Honey
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced

Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
