Chicken Bites Kebabs Gluten Free

4 pieces DLM Chicken Thigh meat
4 oz Garlic Expressions Classic Vinaigrette
1/2 green bell pepper, cut into the size of the bun halves
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into the size of the bun halves
red onion pieces, cut into the size of the bun halves
4 cherry tomatoes
2 gluten-free buns, cut in half (We suggest Eban Bakery, Sinfully Gluten Free, or Tina's Sweet Treats)
mayonnaise

Marinate the chicken thighs with half of the Garlic Expressions for several hours; marinate the vegetables with the remaining Garlic Expressions for half an hour. Grill chicken and vegetables.



Arrange on a skewer in this order: cherry tomato, top of bun, onion, bell pepper pieces, chicken, and bottom of bun. Serve with mayonnaise.
