Marinated Grilled Flank Steak

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp DLM Grilling & Seasoning Rub
1 tsp DLM Smoked Paprika, DLM Chipotle Chili Powder, or DLM Ground Cumin
2 tsp hot sauce
1 Tbsp DLM Jack’s Grill Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Aunt Vera’s Italian Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 lbs DLM Choice Natural Beef Flank Steak

Mix first six ingredients and whisk in olive oil. Place meat in shallow dish and coat evenly in marinade. Let stand 15 minutes. Heat grill pan or outdoor grill to high heat. Grill flank steak 6 to 7 minutes on each side. Remove flank steak from grill and let juices redistribute before slicing. Thinly slice meat on an angle, cutting the meat against the grain.
