Springtime Pasta with Applewood-Smoked Bacon

(1) 17.6 oz -package DLM Authentic Italian Orecchiette Pasta
1 cup Today’s Harvest Green Peas (frozen)
1½ cups fresh snow peas
8 radishes, cut into wedges
1 cup matchstick carrots
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices DLM Applewood-Smoked Uncured Bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 oz crumbled goat cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions, adding green peas and snow peas during the last minute of cook time. Drain. Toss pasta mixture with the next 6 ingredients; season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with bacon and crumbled goat cheese.
