Mixed Berries with Limoncello on Lemon Crunch Loaf
| 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries) |
| 2 Tbsp Limoncello |
| 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped |
| 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves, finely chopped |
| 4 thick slices DLM Lemon Crunch Loaf |
| Whipped cream |
Combine the first four ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss to combine. Spoon onto a thick slice of DLM Lemon Crunch Loaf and top with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
