Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Apples, Nutmeg, and Cinnamon

2 Tbsp butter
4 duBreton Rib or Pork Loin Chops
1 cup sweet onion, diced
2 large apples (sweet or tart), diced
Dash of salt and pepper
2 tsp DLM Ground Nutmeg
2 tsp DLM Ground Cinnamon

In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter. When butter is hot, add pork chops and onions. Sauté until onions are tender. When pork is halfway done, add the apples, salt and pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are soft. Top the pork with apples and serve.
