Sparky and Spike's Rollup Gluten Free
|1 jar Sparky and Spike's Tangy Pepper Relish (Spicy or Hot)|
|(1) 8-oz pkg Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened|
|(10) 10-inch La Tortilla Factory Teff Gluten Free Wheat Free Tortilla Wraps or use more of the 6-inch Chi-Chi's No Sodium Gluten Free White Corn Tortilla|
Spread softened cream cheese evenly on tortillas. Then spread a generous amount of relish on 2/3 of the wrap. Carefully roll tortillas up jelly-roll style. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove from refrigerator and slice at 3/4-inch intervals. Arrange on tray and serve.
As an option you can add julienned vegetables or DLM Turkey or Ham.
