Morning Sun Organic Farm Organic Egg Salad
Dale Filburn has been delivering his eggs to us for years from his Morning Sun Organic Farm in Preble County. His family tries to be as self sustaining as possible, raising all of their own feed free from herbicides and pesticides, and raising their chickens on grass where they are allowed to roam free. This is their family recipe for Egg Salad.
|3 hard- cooked Morning Sun Farm Organic Eggs, chopped|
|1 tsp onion, chopped|
|4 tsp mayonnaise|
|3 tsp sweet pickle relish|
|Salt, to taste|
Combine eggs and onions in a bowl. Stir in mayonnaise and pickle relish. Season with salt.
