Prosciutto-Wrapped Halibut with Basil

Recipe adapted from

(2) 6-oz Halibut fillets
6 basil leaves
2 thin slices of prosciutto ham
1 tsp dill
2 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Lightly spread the dill over both pieces of halibut. Place the basil leaves on top of the halibut and then wrap in the prosciutto ham. Place the halibut on a greased baking sheet and put in a preheated 400°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the halibut. When it is finished cooking, drizzle with olive oil and serve.
