DLM Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes

6 On-the-Vine tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp garlic, finely chopped
3 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup olives, coarsely chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
17.6 oz DLM Authentic Italian Pasta (Foglie di Ulivo)
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl and allow them to rest. Cook pasta as directed on the front of the package. Drain and combine pasta with tomato mixture and torn basil. Serve.
