|2 cups rolled oats|
|2 cups DLM 100% Apple Juice|
|1/2 cup dried fruit (dates, apricots, etc.)|
|2 Tbsp flaxseed or flaxseed meal (optional)|
|1/2 cup walnuts or almonds, chopped|
|2 apples, peeled and finely chopped or shredded|
|4 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Honey (or more to taste)|
|1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt|
|1 cup fresh fruit (berries, peaches, plums, etc.)|
Combine oats, apple juice, dried fruit, and flaxseed and allow mixture to sit for at least 15 minutes or overnight* refrigerated. Mix the nuts, apples, and honey into the oat mixture and portion into serving bowls. Top with a large dollop of yogurt and fresh fruit and serve.
*Soaking overnight produces a softer cereal texture.
