Fresh Berries with Lemon Yogurt and Pistachios

1 lb fresh berries
7 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Honey
1 tsp lemon zest, freshly grated
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp superfine sugar
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped

Place washed and prepared berries in a bowl and set aside (If you use large strawberries, quarter them first). Strain yogurt, as follows: Place 8 to 10 sheets of paper towels on a clean tray. Spread the yogurt (about ¼ to ½ inch thick) across paper towels and top with another 8 to 10 sheets of paper towels. After about 10 minutes scrape or peel the yogurt into a small bowl. Add honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and sugar to yogurt and combine well. Divide fresh berries into four serving bowls and

top with ¼ of the lemon yogurt and chopped pistachios.
