Baby Greens with Feta, Almonds, and Blueberries

Adapted from Bon Appétit

1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1½ Tbsp Aunt Vera's Italian Red Wine Vinegar
3 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp DLM 100% Pure Honey
Salt and Pepper
5 oz baby greens salad mix
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 to 1 pint blueberries

Toast sliced almonds in a dry pan over medium heat and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Gently combine greens, feta, and blueberries with dressing. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and serve.
