Garlic Asparagus
| 3 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed |
| 1/2 cup Garlic Expressions Classic Vinaigrette |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
Steam the asparagus for 4 minutes. Chill immediately with ice water for 5 minutes. Drain asparagus and toss with vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
