Tomato with Fresh Mozzarella Salad
|DLM Fresh Mozzarella|
|Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil|
|Freshly ground pepper|
|Fresh basil leaves|
|Aunt Angie's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, optional|
Slice tomatoes and fresh mozzarella into rounds, and overlap them on a plate. Drizzle olive oil over the top, and season with salt and pepper. Tear basil over the top, or tuck the leaves in between the tomatoes and cheese. Splash balsamic vinegar over all, if desired.
